Because our services involve dedicated time, strategy, and digital labor, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness to both parties.
1. Website Design & Custom Development
- Initial Deposits: We typically require a 50% upfront deposit to commence work. Once the initial mockups are created or development has started, this deposit becomes non-refundable as it covers the immediate labor and strategy hours.
- Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the project after work has commenced but before completion, you will be billed for the proportional amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Final Delivery: Once a website is launched and the final files/access are handed over, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Digital Marketing
- Monthly Retainers: SEO and Digital Marketing services are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your ongoing services at any time with a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No Guarantee of Specific Results: While we use industry-best practices, search engine algorithms and digital platforms are operated by third parties (like Google and Meta). Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings or a specific volume of leads, and no refunds are issued based on campaign performance.
- Ad Spend: Any money spent directly on advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is paid directly to those platforms and is strictly non-refundable.
3. Graphic Design & AI Video Creation
- Design and video projects include a specified number of revision rounds (usually 2 to 3) to ensure satisfaction.
- Once the final high-resolution files or video assets are delivered and approved, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be provided.
4. Third-Party Services (Domains, Hosting, Plugins)
Any fees paid on your behalf for third-party services—including but not limited to domain registration, web hosting, premium WordPress plugins, stock images, or API access—are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation of an ongoing service or project, please submit a written request via email to azadchouhan@zohomail.in. We will review your request and process any eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
